2. Booking & Payment

• A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required to secure a booking.

• Remaining balances are due before or on the day of the session.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. The new session must be scheduled within 30 days.

• Cancellations result in the loss of the non-refundable retainer.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, emergencies), I reserve the right to reschedule or issue a credit for a future session.

4. Travel Fees

• Travel within 10 miles of Gilbert is included in the session fee.

• For locations beyond this radius, an additional travel fee will apply, calculated based on distance and time required.

• If overnight accommodations are required, the client is responsible for covering travel and lodging expenses.

• Edited, high-resolution images will be delivered via an online gallery within the agreed-upon timeframe.

• RAW (unedited) files are not provided.
